I would like to start with two statements that ring true for me personally.
Because of this, AI art is allowed on gasp, but is heavily, heavily restricted to avoid abuse. Here are the rules regarding AI art and explanations for why they exist.
If your upload was generated mainly via AI, such as using a prompt with a diffusion model, you should mark it as AI-generated. If your work was mostly created by you, but with some help from AI, such as colorizing a sketch you drew, generating a background for your hand-drawn foreground, or photogrammetry/NeRF on images you took, you should mark it as AI-assisted.

base your AI generated or assisted art on that of another person, unless you have their WRITTEN permission or the work is in the public domain. Yes, that means no overfitting, and ABSOLUTELY NO FINE TUNING TO AN ARTIST WHO JUST DIED. (yes, someone actually did this)

To mark a work as AI-generated, select AI-generated as the upload type. Fill out the fields asking you for information about your generation process in detail. If we cannot replicate your process with your prompt and code, we might remove the upload entirely.
To mark a work as AI-assisted, select AI-assisted as the upload type. Add a description of the tools and techniques you used (there should be enough information for others to find the same tools!) and how much of your art is changed by them. Uploading as a variant set would also be appreciated, with a variant showing the part you made and how it looks after AI-assistance.
You must select the option to mark your work as AI-generated or AI-assisted if your work is either of those. You are also required to accurately complete any disclosures related to marking a work as such.
